Terms of use
Last updated 23 September 2026.
This app is run by MNDZ Automation. Using it means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, do not use it.
Who may use it
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be a member of an organization that uses this app, and whoever runs it has to let you in.
- One account is one person. Do not share your password or sign in as somebody else.
Your organization runs itself
Whoever runs your organization decides who is admitted, who is removed, what your record says and what is written in the minutes. MNDZ Automation does not take part in any of that and cannot overrule it. If you disagree with something in your record, take it up with your organization, not with us.
Your organization's records are its own
The roll, the minutes, the attendance and the announcements belong to your organization. We hold them for it. We do not sell them, mine them, or use them for anything except running this app for you.
Your organization stands alone
- Each organization is separate. You see the directory of the organization you are viewing, and nothing else.
- Other organizations can be searched without opening their rosters. You meet a member of another organization only through a direct conversation or a shared event across organizations.
- Members of another organization see only your name, your photo, your degree, your office and your organization name — and only if your organization has chosen to be listed.
Who may do what
- The Worshipful Master, Senior Warden, Junior Warden and Secretary run the organization: the roster, dues ledger, admissions, announcements and settings.
- Only the Worshipful Master and the Secretary confirm dues cards and edit minutes. Wardens do not.
- Every member may read the organization minutes.
Use it well
This is your organization's room. Do not abuse anybody, do not write anything unlawful, and do not put up a picture that is not yours to put up. A member who uses the app to harass another, or to attack the app, can have their account suspended or ended.
Flag and block
- Tap Flag on another member's message. That report goes to whoever runs your organization and to support@mndzautomation.com. Taking a message down does not erase the flag.
- Block a member from his card or from a message. His writing leaves your conversations at once. Officers still see the thread so they can act.
- We review flags. Abuse can mean a message taken down or an account suspended.
What you write
What you write stays yours. By writing it here you let your organization and the other people in it read it, and let us store and show it so the app works. Do not write anything unlawful, do not abuse anybody, and do not put up a picture that is not yours to put up.
What we do not promise
This app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will never be unavailable, never lose anything, or suit any particular purpose. It is not a system of record for anything legal or financial. Dues are tracked here and never collected here: no money changes hands in this app.
Keep your own copy of anything your organization cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings. What that removes and what it leaves is set out on the Privacy page.
- Whoever runs your organization can take you off its roll, which ends your access to it.
- We can suspend or end an account that is being used to abuse somebody, to break the law, or to attack the app.
If we stop
If MNDZ Automation ever stops running this app, your organization will be given a copy of its own records and reasonable notice before anything is switched off.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it and the app will say so.
